The problem

The Chief People Officer (CPO) of this £50bn wealth management company wanted to improve business performance, client satisfaction, and retention.

The solution

IAW developed a Six-Month Training Program to upskill and embed the right knowledge and behaviours proven to underpin sales, engagement, and retention. This was based on a bespoke Client Engagement Model detailing the factors contributing to industry leading & commercially successful client engagements. The programme was delivered through multiple and complimentary channels including workshops, video learning, action learning groups and coaching sessions.

The impact

Over a 3-year period, program participants outperformed peers significantly. Practitioners brought in an extra £23million each in Assets Under Management (AUM), which represented on average a 40% increase. The ROI from this client engagement programme was 500%.
